Beta · NL + Flanders live · REST + MCP
The ground truth of Europe,
legible to your agents.
One API to search and enrich land parcels across borders. Cadastres, zoning, buildings, nature, soil and satellite layers, harmonised into one schema, with every value cited.
Every value cited
01 · Harmonised
Every country keeps its own register.
Your agent shouldn't have to.
Each cadastre has its own ids, projections, languages and licenses. Plotkite translates them into one schema, so a query in Utrecht reads the same as one in Antwerp.
Plotkite
02 · Three tools
Ask about the ground.
Get an answer you can cite.
The same three calls over REST and MCP. Responses below are real, from the live beta.
03 · Layers
Fourteen layers per parcel.
From the cadastre to orbit.
Aggregated per parcel, so an agent filters on peat_share instead of reading a soil map.
04 · Decisions
Built for deals that
fail on a single field.
No personal data
No owner names, nothing that links an address to a person. Not hidden, not paid extra: absent by design.
Hosted in the EU
Compute and storage stay inside the European Union.
Open connectors
The schema and source connectors are Apache-2.0. Check how every number was made.
Honest by default
Every value has a confidence score and a note when it needs one. Boundaries are indicative, and we say so.
05 · Coverage
Starting where borders are
at their strangest.
Baarle has 30 enclaves; some houses have the border running through the living room. If it works there, it works anywhere.

Frequently asked
What does Plotkite do?
It turns Europe's open land registers into one queryable layer for AI agents and the developers who build them. Search parcels by criteria, or enrich one parcel by id, address or coordinate. REST and MCP share the same service, limits and metering.
Where does the data come from?
Only official open data, used under its license: Kadaster (BRK, BAG), CBS, RVO, Rijkswaterstaat, AHN, BRO, RCE, Ruimtelijkeplannen.nl (DSO), Digitaal Vlaanderen, ANB, Copernicus EGMS and ESA WorldCover. Every response lists the attribution text you need.
Can I get owner names?
No. Plotkite never ingests, stores or returns personal data. Ownership lookups need a legal basis and belong with the national registry.
Are the boundaries legally binding?
No. Cadastral maps are indicative. Areas are computed from that geometry and say so in their notes; for a legal measurement, ask the registry or a surveyor.
What does it cost?
Fetch and the field catalogue are free. Search and enrich cost one unit per call, whatever the number of fields. Beta users get a free allowance while we set prices.
What if the field I need isn't there?
Tell us. Grid capacity and flood depth are next, waiting on licenses. We prioritise by what beta users ask for.
Give your agents
somewhere to stand.
The beta is open to a small group of developers in proptech, energy, insurance and lending.
